Why we started here.
A sample is collected in one system, resulted in another, paid for in a third, and read by a patient in a fourth. Each handoff is a phone call, a spreadsheet, or a PDF. We built the layer that removes the handoffs without asking anyone to replace what they run.
Healthcare software is old because replacing it is expensive and risky. We build for the system that exists today, not the one a roadmap promises.
Every record carries where it came from, who consented to it, and what was done to it. Convenience that breaks that chain is not worth shipping.
Interoperability is judged on uptime and correctness. We would rather be predictable than novel.
